PIXPASS WALLET IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES WHATSOEVER, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

We make NO PROMISES regarding:

Security of your data during transmission or processing
Protection against data breaches, hacks, or unauthorized access
Service availability, uptime, or continuity
Recovery of lost passwords or encrypted data
Accuracy, reliability, or effectiveness of encryption

BY USING THIS SERVICE, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT SHIT HAPPENS—server failures, security breaches, software bugs, and infrastructure compromises can and do occur. We are doing our best with limited resources, but we accept ZERO LIABILITY for any damages, losses, or consequences resulting from use of this service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using PixPass Wallet (pixpass.site), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use this service.

2. Service Description

PixPass Wallet is a web-based tool that:

Encodes user-provided data (passwords, credentials, API keys, etc.) into PNG images using steganography
Encrypts data using AES-256-GCM with user-provided passwords
Generates downloadable images containing hidden encrypted data
Extracts and decrypts data from previously generated PixPass images
Manages RSA key pairs for advanced encryption workflows
Integrates with third-party services for authentication workflows

3. Third-Party Infrastructure

HOSTING REALITY: PixPass Wallet operates on third-party cloud infrastructure. This means:

We do not own or control the physical servers, data centers, or network infrastructure
Your data (temporarily processed in RAM) transits through third-party networks and hardware
We cannot guarantee protection against infrastructure-level vulnerabilities, hardware failures, or provider-side breaches
Service availability depends on third-party providers—we make no uptime guarantees
Providers may log metadata (IP addresses, timestamps) despite our zero-persistence design

4. User Responsibilities

YOU are solely responsible for:

Password Management: Remembering your encryption passwords. Lost passwords = permanently lost data. We have NO recovery mechanism.
Data Backups: Safely storing your generated PixPass PNG files. Server-side storage does not exist.
Device Security: Protecting your device from malware, keyloggers, and unauthorized access.
Legal Compliance: Ensuring your use complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
Acknowledging Risk: Understanding that all digital systems are vulnerable to attack.

5. Prohibited Uses

You agree NOT to use PixPass Wallet to:

Conceal illegal, fraudulent, or harmful data
Violate intellectual property rights
Distribute malware, viruses, or malicious code
Circumvent security measures or access controls
Harass, threaten, or harm others
Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international laws

6. NO WARRANTIES EXPRESS OR IMPLIED

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.

We expressly disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to:

MERCHANTABILITY or fitness for a particular purpose
NON-INFRINGEMENT of third-party rights
SECURITY, accuracy, or reliability of encryption
AVAILABILITY, uptime, or uninterrupted service
FREEDOM from bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities

7. Limitation of Liability

MAXIMUM LIABILITY DISCLAIMER:

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PIXPASS WALLET, ITS OPERATORS, DEVELOPERS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES
LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION
UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR ALTERATION OF YOUR DATA
DATA BREACHES, SECURITY COMPROMISES, OR CRYPTOGRAPHIC FAILURES
LOSS OR CORRUPTION OF PIXPASS IMAGES
FORGOTTEN PASSWORDS OR INABILITY TO DECRYPT DATA
THIRD-PARTY INFRASTRUCTURE FAILURES OR BREACHES
ANY OTHER LOSSES OR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND

THIS LIMITATION APPLIES EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PixPass Wallet and its operators from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

Your use of the service
Your violation of these Terms
Your violation of any third-party rights
Your violation of applicable laws

9. Intellectual Property

PixPass Wallet and all its original content, features, and functionality (including code, design, and branding) are owned by pixpass.site and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

10. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time without notice. We are not liable for any modifications, suspensions, or discontinuations.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where pixpass.site is operated, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

13. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the jurisdiction where pixpass.site is operated, except where prohibited by law.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

16. NO GUARANTEE OF SECURITY

FINAL SECURITY NOTICE: PixPass Wallet employs encryption and steganography as convenience features, NOT as guaranteed security solutions.

For high-value secrets (cryptocurrency keys, state secrets, critical infrastructure credentials), use dedicated offline solutions:

Hardware wallets (e.g., YubiKey, Ledger, Trezor)
Air-gapped systems
Professional key management services
Physical safes or safety deposit boxes

WE MAKE NO GUARANTEES. Digital systems are inherently vulnerable. Use at your own risk.
